Dear Friends,
Today I’m making a special invitation to you (as well as your trusted friends and family) for an exclusive “Private Retreat” in Carmel.
What is a “Private Retreat” you might be asking? Many come to Carmel seeking respite, to spend time with family and loved ones, to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, and weddings. I adore having these guests because they fill the cottages with an aura of love that others tell me they feel the moment they walk through the door. But more recently a growing number of guests have been coming in search of healing, peace, and self care. Carmel is such a revitalizing place. I know this firsthand. Many of you know the story of my own personal journey and how I grew stronger through my connection to this incredible cottage and its gardens. Now, I invite you to come for your own private retreat.
A Private Retreat is just you, or perhaps you and your partner, but no one else. You plan it yourself using resources I provide. You might come in order to heal from illness, trauma, or loss. You might come to be alone and read a week’s worth of books (like Bill Gates’ famous “book week” that he takes once a year), or maybe to spend a week in silent meditation. You might come simply to escape and recharge. No matter the reason, I can connect you with local experts in my network for you to create the Private Retreat of your dreams - sunrise meditations at the beach, evening walks along the ocean, guided spiritual hikes through Big Sur, a cacao ceremony on the deck, sound bath healing, mineral baths - as well as an unlimited number of streaming Yoga, meditation, and self-development courses.
If you book now, I’ll provide free access to group sessions at Yoga Shala, a beautiful boutique yoga studio one block away. Plus, we’re offering unlimited access to all the streaming courses you can watch from Gaia.com, the largest online resource of consciousness-expanding videos
