Among its many hidden courtyards and tucked away cottages, Carmel holds some precious secrets. Recently, I discovered a new secret spot and wanted to share it with my special guests.

Tucked away beneath a bench on a bluff overlooking Carmel Beach is a secret mailbox, and inside you’ll find a hidden journal and a pen for those who discover its treasure. You can take it out and read love notes from others. Or write your own.
